In order to accurately fill a parts request we need you to have the following information in your e-mail.
1) Engine ID# and Tractor Model #.   (Example JM-284)
2) 2 or 4 wheel drive.
3) Picture of broken or needed part helps alot.
4) Reference # and page # and item # from your PARTS ILLUSTRATION BOOK.
5) Any ID numbers from your broken part.
6) Your Name, Phone number.
7) Shipping address.
8) Date of Tractor Purchase.

Customers are always responsible for freight for both "Factory Replacement Parts Under Factory Policy" and normal retail sales.   All Charges based on package weight and delivery zip code.  Regular Ground will be cheapest but can take 7 to 10 days to reach the eastern states.

3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air Service available for substantial additional charges.  

For parts orders, we accept MC and Visa and checks.  

For parts not "in stock", 
1)  You can wait till a part can be "piggybacked" in with some other order.
2)  You can pay for  "Air Freight".  This can fairly fast (two weeks) but this expense can be very nasty.  Expect $120.00 for 10 pounds of freight.  $150 for 30 pounds.
3)  Buy your part elsewhere -- from someone who does have stock.
4)  For large heavy items (like an engine block or wheels) ocean freight is the only practical solution.  Expect 2 months for product to reach mid America.

Only you can decide if a unknown time frame is worth a cost savings of Ocean Freight verses Air Freight.

FYI: Parts are available at retail from virtually any Jinma dealer.    Of course some dealers stock more parts than others and most dealers will give priority to their own customers. (Especially when stock levels are low.)  Be aware that only the "Importer of Record" for your tractor is the only one who has the ability to supply parts under the "One Year Factory Replacement Parts Policy."  If that dealership closes their doors then the customer's only access to parts is normal retail from another supplier.
